I am typically available Sunday-Saturday 8am through 6pm. However, I am flexible with time of service so feel free to reach out if your booking falls earlier/later than my availability. Please check my Rover calendar below for dates that I have blocked off by clicking here.
A full refund is available if cancelled by 12:00pm 3 days before the service begins. If cancelled later than 12:00pm 3 days before the service begins, a 50% refund is available for the first 7 cancelled calendar days from the cancellation request date. A 100% refund is available for any additional days.
If I show up to the service and I cannot access the property, you will be charged the full amount for that day.
You can pay with cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, or through the Walkies app with card. I will need to be paid in full before or the day of service. Please see the booking information page for my payment information here.
Yes, I accept recurring clients. Recurring clients will need to make a full payment at the beginning of every week for online payments or on the day of service for cash payments.
I will send you an update with pictures after every. I will communicate with you through the Walkies app or by text.
Let me know if your pets have any special needs ahead of time, such as medications, mobility issues, or sensitive areas they do not like to be touched. I also like to know their usual routines for feeding, walks, and playtime so I can keep things consistant. If you are booking while you are out of town, please also let me know if you have pet insurance and your veterinary provider.
